I have been a resident of Sheridan Apartments in Fairbanks for three years now. Besides the rent being good for the location and appearance of the apartments there is not much else to be satisfied with. The residential service here is substandard. Whenever there are malfunctions I usually have to call several times in order to get someone to come out.
