If you want the worst experience for computer repair go to RNR. Your computer will sit for over 90 days with no communication. Unable to resolve my issue and never issued me a refund. Disputed it with CC. Got my money back.
My laptop computer went dark during a Zoom call and was very hot to the touch. I was unable to reboot it, so got online to see the reviews of various compute repair shops. I called RNRPC and took my computer to their shop. My initial experience at this shop was really rough. I explained the issues I was having with my computer to the technician, paid my diagnostic fee, and left after being told that a technician would contact me with updates on my system. They never did. Every week, I had to call and initiate contact, and each time I got the same answer: something was wrong with my motherboard, and they were still running the diagnostic.
