My business partner has had his PC at this business for 32 days now and no significant update or clear update on the problem. This place is the worst at communicating with customers. Don't come here if you want speedy service.
Great computer repair place and the price was extremely fair. I will be telling everyone about how great and wonderful Richard is. He helped me for hours on end with setting up my internet, computer, and email.
Richard took great care of me! My business laptop went down unexpectedly and all was fine after he transferred data to my new laptop. Highly recommend Richard!
I went to the Geek Squad and was told my only hope would be RNRPC. I called and within an hour I was at their shop, my computer diagnosed and was provided an estimated price to repair it. They were busy, yet efficiently conducted business and explained everything using layman's terms. Richard will make sure you are happy before you leave. He is an old fashioned, honest young man.
My interaction with this company started off very badly. After no communication for a month, I went in to retrieve my computer fully planning on taking it elsewhere for service. Richard was there that day and was very helpful. He apologized profusely for the employee who had caused the issue. He gave me a full refund and carried my computer to the car for me.
