I went to the Geek Squad and was told my only hope would be RNRPC. I called and within an hour I was at their shop, my computer diagnosed and was provided an estimated price to repair it. They were busy, yet efficiently conducted business and explained everything using layman's terms. Richard will make sure you are happy before you leave. He is an old fashioned, honest young man.
My interaction with this company started off very badly. After no communication for a month, I went in to retrieve my computer fully planning on taking it elsewhere for service. Richard was there that day and was very helpful. He apologized profusely for the employee who had caused the issue. He gave me a full refund and carried my computer to the car for me. Amazing place for computer and your IT needs in Palm Desert. I went to a few other places. One in Palm desert and one in Indio and boy was that weird. One was working out of a garage and the other only did home service calls. RNRPC Computer Repair team got us taken care of without a problem. Make sure you ask for Richard especially if you are doing data recovery!
