Bryan was truly exceptional. He was accommodating and friendly. He offered me a water and was helpful with questions I had. While my tire was being replaced, I inquired about some damage in my center console and he recommended a place that could put a vinyl wrap on it and even suggested a color that would match. His demeanor showed he genuinely cared which is refreshing in this day and age. Highly recommend!
David and Bryant were both very helpful with what I needed to have done. They actually had my tires in stock and were able to help me out. David and Bryant both are the ones to talk to for what you need. They both have excellent customer service skills and are very good at their jobs.
What kind of tire shop doesn't carry trailer tires. Not extremely helpful
Don't let a low tire pressure indicator on a Saturday worry you. DaShaun Howard met me in the parking lot, looked over my tires and had me checked in before I could catch my breath! The customer service and speed and thoroughness of service far exceeded my expectations and I will definitely recommend RNR Tire Express to my friends and family.
