because when you make arrangements to pay they tell you ok we will make a note of that but don't. then the day before your agreed payment they flatten all 4 tires by taking vaule stems out. and when you call them one employee laughs at your situation says there's nothing they can do until you give them money. even though you and them agreed Friday will be good and there's no prob. this is very unprofessional and I will not be recommending anyone to this location. specially not bringing all of my fleet vehicles to them.
