They are rood and when you try to talk to them about a issue you are having with their tires they don't want to listen after 3 visits to them in 3 days this is the South 6 th store. Had to go to the 22 ND street store and they found the problem with in 3 to 5 seconds
Horrible company double charges you and refuses to fix it when it is their error. Do not fall into the trap they are not helpful and do nothing to resolve issues that they created. The regional manager refuses to take calls and they will not provide you with a number for corporate. This is sad to see when I started my business with them. I thought they were a reputable company, but now I see, they are not avoid using their service.
Martin fixed my alignment issue with no problem was very nolegable and polite. Including the front desk was patient with me and a good admasfier..
ALEX, came to my Rescue I drove my wife SUV and noticed a leak in the tire pressure. I Called over to RNR, and spoke with ALEX, he stayed on the phone with me. Heard the whole spill about my wife didn’t know she has to rotate the tires and tires need to be replaced. And we’re heading out of town this weekend. He came in clutch.
