I went in to get a new set of tires this week. The customer service from the staff was so excellent. They went over with us the options of tires and the cost with no hesitation of giving us a run around. We was placed in line to get them changed. They explained the whole process on payment option and more. I will recommend my friends and family to go to Muncie RNR any day!!
Inquired online, they texted me the next day I told them what I was looking for and they were happy to help. Came in there a little before closing time and they got me right in no problem. All the steps were quick and easy, great service. I will come back
