Im rating this place a 2. And I hate to do so. But I have gotten 1 single tire from RnR Tire of Muncie IN. And within 4 weeks of getting the tire I have a tire that doesn't hold air. Guess what tire? The only tire from RnR Tire. But I get I understand that things happen an maybe its my fault. BUT, when I bring the car in for an alignment that took me the whole 4 weeks to get scheduled. Well I got tires from them a week and 1 day ago and my husband called them today because I am having issues with one of them going low already and they told him to bring it in and they would fix it ASAP and I took it there and they told me it would be a 3 hour wait and I called to talk to a manger and they wouldn't even answer there phone and when I was in there she was in her office
My second time working with an RNR and not yet been disappointed. I worked with Rick who was very welcoming and made me feel like I've known him for years.
Conner and Alexis got me a great deal on my tires, they were so kind and professional. RNR did a good job, now I can drive my children around knowing I have safe and reliable tires on my car. Thank you to Conner, Alexis and the team at RNR.
