Well I tried calling to let them know I was gonna be late on my tire payment and no answer. I went in there and they was goofing off and didn’t even come to the desk and I had to yell to let them know I was there. My tire payment was due yesterday and the guy was rude as hell about it. I told him I could make a payment by the 30th or before that. Not professional at all. There’s no point in acting like that period. I’ve never been late on a payment at all. I’m a single mother that just started a new job.
Tim and Sean are amazing! They go above and beyond. That's why I will always come back to RNR in Paducah.
