I would give this establishment 0 stars. But I can't, but the business struggle with keeping the customer informed. I used this business to purchase brake caliper covers that they sell from a 3rd party vendor. The tech did his part, but as far as keeping me in the loop on what was going on, that was nonexistent. The communication was lousy and then there was the case I was supposed to get a refund back since they didn't sell the part in the correct size for my vehicle, but getting a refund was comical.
