I will not recommend rnr tires ! I am so sick of this place not sticking to the agreement that I signed up for . They are taking out money on the wrong times and not the right amount that I signed for. I will not go back I dont recommend anyone else going there.
I went to the location several times to get an exact quote on rims and tires and they could never give me a price. I went a different time to speak to a different employee and without even checking his inventory, he said they don’t have any of the type rims that I’m looking for. Time passes by and I bought new rims elsewhere and wanted them to install the tires but they refused to. They also charge more for people wanting to pay cash versus leasing, foolishness.
Save your money and your time, you will get screwed.
I’m sure the other RNR companies are good but the one in Augusta, Georgia off Washington Rd is HORRIBLE. Not only do the reps have bad customer service but the Manager is no different. Their tech patched an unpalatable tire and instead of telling me a month later my tire completely blew, I took my car to 4 different tire companies that told they sold me used tires, after leaving my car with them for three hours they wait until I called them back after they promised to return my call that they couldn’t help me and left my car... read more
