RNR Solar had great customer service when we were in the solar installation process. But we just noticed that the installation tube broke on the ceiling before the 2 year install mark and they are HORRIBLE at helping. I had to pay another company to fix their failed workmanship.
The entire experience has been a disaster. the solar was installed a couple months after the install date. Then during the install, the installed conduct lines through the exterior of the house and ruined all the new paint I had done, they left roof tile behind the chimney and I had to ask them multiple times to bring those down which took months for them to come back. Then a year later, I didn’t know this but with Edison they set you up on an annual bill plan. after my annual bill came in, it said I owed $1500. that because... read more
