I can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone, the service is very poor. I hate that my equipment isn't working and I can't these people to even answer the phone.

Solar technicians are not qualified. I had to do all of the diagnostics to confirm that the optimizer was bad. Which had to be done to find out the inverter was also bad. I spent 2 1/2 hrs on the phone with Tigo to confirm the inverter was bad. I set up the RMA. Your technician showed up not knowing he was replacing the 40 amp breaker or the optimizer which was all discussed before. He also took the old converter to return it but then claimed he didn't.

RNR Solar had great customer service when we were in the solar installation process. But we just noticed that the installation tube broke on the ceiling before the 2 year install mark and they are HORRIBLE at helping. I had to pay another company to fix their failed workmanship.

The entire experience has been a disaster. the solar was installed a couple months after the install date. Then during the install, the installed conduct lines through the exterior of the house and ruined all the new paint I had done, they left roof tile behind the chimney and I had to ask them multiple times to bring those down which took months for them to come back. I was very apprehensive about putting solar on my home, however, once dealing with this professional company, they eased my mind by answering all my questions, and addressing all my concerns!
