My father and I have been doing business with Rick for over 10 years, both with RnR Cycles and before. He's honest and helpful and his staff does excellent work. I recommend them highly.
Kevin, we have now spoken with the VA Commonwealth's Attorney and the BBB. Both refused your complaint because it is clear that you asked for the head gasket to be installed. Please stop harassing us.
To anyone thinking about taking your bike there, don't. Ultimately I paid $1,660 for a $350 problem because Rick Beggs (owner) is an unethical and dishonest person.
