I recommend this gym 100%. I also highly recommend hiring Ron as your personal trainer. He will push you, but he knows your limits—and he knows you can do more than you think you can. He will guide you, he cares, and he spends real time with you. Invest in yourself and pay for the training. When people go to the gym with nothing invested, it’s easy to give up. I’m going to add more later, but hands down the BEST overall gym and workout center I’ve been in for the last 25 years! And I already have 3 other gym memberships so I’m no Rookie! Go talk to Ron and get your life in order…the guy is the real deal and will guide you to the best fitness of your entire life BET If you’re in the Griffin or surrounding areas don’t hesitate to make this place your 2nd home!
