I’m going to add more later, but hands down the BEST overall gym and workout center I’ve been in for the last 25 years! And I already have 3 other gym memberships so I’m no Rookie! Go talk to Ron and get your life in order…the guy is the real deal and will guide you to the best fitness of your entire life BET If you’re in the Griffin or surrounding areas don’t hesitate to make this place your 2nd home!
