Great to deal with and great communication!
Serenna with RNB Property Management in Elk Grove has been wonderful to work with! They are professional and friendly. Communication is prompt and any concerns are addressed quickly. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a home!
I would not recommend this company. I do not think they are knowledgeable. Not a personality match. Their actions felt like they are very pro-tenant. They seem to forget that their payments come from landlords, not tenants since landlords own the property.
Very unprofessional!!!! Also trying to make us pay an extra fee that was an OFFER so if we decline the OFFER they said we can vacate the property any time. So basically RNB is forced us to sign a new lease. Which the property isn't even worth the amount their charging for. This is ridiculous you knowit takes time to find a place to live these days!! They should be trying to help tenants. Not rip them off!!!!!!!
RNB Property Management has been fantastic to work with. Nichelle is highly responsive and keeps everything on track with great communication and coordination. The maintenance team is also very efficient, taking care of all the cleanup and preparations smoothly. From listing the home to securing a tenant, the entire process took only 2 weeks. Very impressed with their service!
