Initial review of RNB - Serenna has been very helpful as we worked to sign our lease from outside the state. My colleague who met her in person reported that she was very nice and helpful. She's promptly answered all our many questions. We haven't moved into the property yet, so I cannot comment on the state of things nor how promptly RNB addresses maintenance issues, etc. I'll update in the future should my rating change. This management company operates in the high-rent district of the city and county of Sacramento. Market supply and demand dictate what RNB can and cannot do. If you are looking for an inexpensive rental, a drive-by or Craigslist might save you some money. But my role was that of an absentee owner, not a lessee. The management company vetted tenants thoroughly. Utilities, lawn maintenance and minor repairs were handled smoothly without involving the absentee owner. Highly recommended.
