My experience renting through RNB Elk Grove has been frustrating from move-in through ongoing maintenance and billing disputes. At move-in, the property was not fully ready. The backyard grass had not been cut, and I was left with the choice of paying out of pocket to handle it or moving in with the property in that condition. RNB PM is a great choice if you are looking to rent a home. They are very helpful and accommodating. I have been renting for the past 8 years and they have by far been my favorite rental company. I am a bit sad I had to move, but I will always remember how much I enjoyed the home I rented with them for the past couple of years. I never had a problem with them. I definitely recommend.
Very professional. They were quick with responses and I was able to sign my rental lease very quickly.
