RNB Property Management has been fantastic to work with. Nichelle is highly responsive and keeps everything on track with great communication and coordination. The maintenance team is also very efficient, taking care of all the cleanup and preparations smoothly. From listing the home to securing a tenant, the entire process took only 2 weeks. Very impressed with their service!
My husband and I never got our security deposit back. It’s been over the 21 day legal limit for California. Would hate to have this turn into a claim in court as they are now infringing on civil code § 1950.5 and have also lost the right to make deductions from this deposit. Hopefully RNB does the right thing as it’s ultimately in their best interest to not have legal actions against them.
