They have roaches and I’ve called them about it and they got into my refrigerator and they said they would contact the owner about replacing it and never did, and I’ve recently had problems with my neighbors banging and screaming for 2 weeks at 3 am after I got off 2nd shift and I just wanted to sleep I had called the next day and told them that I had to make a noise complaint and asked if they could do anything about it and they just told me to keep calling in noise complaints..not very helpful at all

This company lies and says they are owensboros fastest growing rental company and this simply doesn't sound true their reviews reflect the complete opposite. Their work ethic and rudness to their future clients forsure reflects the opposite so how is this the fastest growing rental company? It's not don't be tricked go anywhere else!
