I'm looking for places to rent, but these reviews legitimately scare me. Even the RNA responses seam like a narcissistic person wrote them. Their not professional responses, but at the same time, I'm conflicted because what if all these bad reviews are just one angry past renter? Usually, ppl would not be this vengeful unless they were treated very, very badly, though, so jeez CONFLICTED
They have roaches and I’ve called them about it and they got into my refrigerator and they said they would contact the owner about replacing it and never did, and I’ve recently had problems with my neighbors banging and screaming for 2 weeks at 3 am after I got off 2nd shift and I just wanted to sleep I had called the next day and told them that I had to make a noise complaint and asked if they could do anything about it and they just told me to keep calling in noise complaints..not very helpful at all
