No issues, they fix everything I bring there with the only the time of parts coming in holding things up. Friendly staff and very helpful and knowledgeable.
If it can be fixed the will get the job done. Also will be upfront if it's just not cost effective to repair due to parts costs.
Took a drill in for repair that was getting replaced by the manufacturer. Asked if it could be shipped to me and they said no, it has to go to them and I pick it up. Got an email from the manufacturer that it shipped out. I check in 3 weeks later and am told shipping takes at least a month. Called a few weeks later and was told shipping takes 2 months.
