I had such a great experience at RMT with Lee yesterday. He was so helpful with explaining where my pain was coming from and how best we can work towards accomplishing the goals I’m looking for. He was gentle but also applied the perfect amount of pressure to really stretch my muscles and heal the tension in my lower back. I feel lighter, more flexible and taller lol! Nasiba was an amazing physiotherapist. I have yet to meet someone like her who was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with her assessment. She took her time and made me feel seen and understood. She caters the treatment to your needs and assessment and works with you at your pace. Highly recommend booking with her !
