It was fun found what I needed, great product
Garrick in parts department really went out of his way to help me find the correct part I was looking for. I even told him the wrong information on accident and he was still able to make sure I was getting the right part with some deduction and sending me picture guides. Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable.
I purchased a kx121 /3 excavator in the year 2000 from Sound tractor in Everett. A great machine for our business. Larry of Sound tractor at the time made the process enjoyable and set the tone for its use through the years. Time and hours presented the need for a new machine with Sound Tractor now gone I went to Kitsap Tractor in Marysville and bought the new 2025 .040-5 with a cab.
