I have never dealt with a more professional and detailed RV repair shop and I've unfortunately dealt with a lot. Robert kept me updated throughout the repair process and figured out why several issues on my RV continously failed where other RV repair facilities could not. I will literally never take my RV anywhere else. I could not recommend them any higher.
I’ve known both Robert and Richard for years and I’ve used them many times from the big complicated motorhome jobs to fixing the side wall on my little trailer. They have a service second to none and want to make sure that they do right by their customers every time. They bend over backwards to help and figure out issues that others can’t. They’re versed in electrical, solar, generators, bodywork, roofing you name it they do it. Kudos R&RM!
We recently found ourselves at the Bakersfield KOA with the slide on our Grand Design Lineage 25FW Class C that would not retract. The KOA provided me with RM'S name and number and I contacted them, informing them of our situation. Unfortunately they were unavailable for service that day but stated that they could be there first thing in the morning so we spent the night at the KOA. After having interacted with Happy Daze and having a misdiagnosis from Camping World and another private Rv repair shop, I was so relieved to find RMs RV service! Robert and his team spent the time that no other shop was spending to accurately identify the leak in my shower. Not only that, Robert and his team defended my situation to the warranty department and successfully got it covered by warranty although I'm out of warranty. Robert is a God send, he fixed my leak from the AC unit and found a couple of other issues all on one visit. I just called him about my AC not running properly and he fixed it over the phone free. There just isn’t anybody doing the kind of service anymore. Call him, you won’t be sorry.
