We had a hydraulic leveling system failure on our RV during a holiday weekend trip and Robert came out and absolutely saved us. He took the time to properly diagnose the Equalizer hydraulic jack system instead of just guessing or throwing parts at it. He methodically checked voltage, polarity switching, solenoids, and the pump motor to isolate the failure. We were on our way thru Bakersfield when we broke down in our rv. Richard and his crew diagnosed and repaired the electrical issue and got us back on the road in record time. I rarely leave a review, but this rv repair business is so professional and knowledgeable, I want the world to know how wonderful they are.
Edit for the owner: The "repair" was done 6/14/21. I recently found the receipt so that's why I was finally able to find your name and come leave the review. I do not have the wrong business Very dishonest. Having bought my first RV, the generator wasn't working while I was on the road, I stopped by Rm's for a diagnosis. They didn't even bother giving me a diagnosis, instead right away replaced a single bolt on the generator and automatically charged me their minimum $130.
