Thanks to Robert and his staff. Your customer service and commitment to excellence is off the charts. I had a oop's moment and messed up the rear corner of my travel Trailer. They got my trailer repaired in record time.
These guys are the best. They were able to quickly get me out of a jam with my motorhome so our 7 National Park tour didn't need to get postponed. I highly recommend RM"S RV Service.
We brought our travel trailer to RM in August 2024 with a list of 13 repair items covered under factory warranty. After months went by and no word we heard in Dec NOTHING had been done yet!!! Robert is the king of excuses why he doesn’t get work done ie the holidays, too many repairs, lost a guy etc. Finally several more months passed and no results. We had an electrical problem while we were traveling and these folks worked us in immediately, tracked down the problem and got us back on the road. It took a few days for parts to arrive and there is a really nice RV park just three blocks away....so we didn't suffer. I feel they operate their business in a way I surely wish the rest of the world would run. Best ever. -Veteran '66-68
We had very prompt service. They all were very friendly and professional. Fixed our problem quickly so we could finish our vacation. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!
