Robert saved our vacation when the toilet in our rental RV broke on day 1. He went out of his way to find a new one and picked it up so it was ready to be installed as soon as I got there. The installation was done very quickly and properly. From the time I pulled until I left was ~ 1 hour. Thanks to the team at RM's we were able to get back on track and enjoy the rest of our time worry free.
Bakersfield may not be a vacation destination but I’m grateful this is where we broke down. RM responded to our location in an hour and is making or RV safe to drive so we can get home.
If we could give RM’s Rv more than a 5 star rating, we would. We were on our way to Oregon when our leaf spring broke. Robert was kind enough to take care of our trailer. Both Robert and Danny were very nice and helpful. The work was done professionally and we were very pleased with it. Just wished they were closer to our home, we would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks again for your great service.
Couple of months ago, I purchased a motorhome from an auction in Bakersfield which needed to be diagnosed and repaired because it was not starting. Danny was very nice and helpful and said that I can arranged to have it towed to the new facility they moved into and he will take care of it once they fix the ones ahead of mine. This rv repair facility was the only shop in town who wanted to service the motorhome because it is an older one. The fuel pump was bad and also the fuel system needed to be serviced.
