I had the unfortunate experience of speaking to Jessica Kriner (?) this morning. A very Horrible, and most likely, very unhappy and miserable woman. Told me I needed to pay my school tuition balance in full or she would not accept my partial payment. Then proceeded to give me FINANCIAL advice as to how I need restructure all of my student loans to IDR plans so I can pay my $1600 tuition bill in full. i just got a call from one of the nastiest people i have ever heard trying to collect a debt, i don't even know what the debt is, because he wanted my ssn, i told him no and he said he was going to put an warrant for my arrest, what he didn't realized that every phone call i have that comes through my phone is recorded. thank God for an idiot who don't know his own collection laws as a debt collector... can someone say "Pay Day" I used to be a professional debt collector for over 12yrs and this is what I been waiting for, is... read more

Have an old 8 year account with hsn. The debt of 108.00 was sold to Recovery Management Services . I called them to see if it was in my bankruptcy or if I could do payment plan. They wanted me to pay a dam 1.00 to supposedly verify the debt and to tell me my options. Never heard of such bs when you buy a debt you should already know what people options are this is very poor service
