If I could put 0 stars I would. I try to be patient I really do! I worked several call center job over the years and understand it's not about the individuals making the calls it's the company’s approach. The callers never seem to be trained or have accurate information about the accounts. Very worst customer service so disrespectful
I have had nothing about experiences with this company. Every single comment about how bad these people are are true.
I just want to know how these people got my info… I’ve never been to college or anything I never went to school after high school and all of a sudden I owe these people almost 4 grand like excuse me how??!!! I’ve never taken a loan out let alone gone to any college…
