Very rude people they will yell at you and call you about family members which is very unprofessional
Ryan was harassing me and cussing at me saying I owe money when I checked with the school and I did not owe any.
I have no debt and they call me once a day with harassing calls. I’ve reported them to the FCC but I doubt anything will happen.
If I could put 0 stars I would. I try to be patient I really do! I worked several call center job over the years and understand it's not about the individuals making the calls it's the company’s approach. The callers never seem to be trained or have accurate information about the accounts. I am a teacher who was granted school debt relief due to accepting a job in a title 1 school, I have received several notices from the FSA showing my forgiveness increments and my account statements and status (literally monthly).
