I don't typically post reviews anywhere online, but I also recently encountered this Steve Z guy while looking for an apartment. Same general lack of professionalism as others here have noted. He spoke/grunted at me as if I were a dog. Same pressure tactic to drop off a "holding deposit" check. Same insecure methods of transferring my financial docs.
