They do weird stuff like ghost you. Kind of remind me of a used car salesman at a buy here pay here lot.
RMS was super helpful trying to help my roommate and I find housing. We were moving from out of state to FL and were not able to see properties in person. Steve was very accommodating with our needs and honest about certain houses/areas we were looking in. Its hard enough to find housing let alone housing in an area you are somewhat unfamiliar with so trusting RMS with this task was huge but again they were helpful and honest, and very responsive with their replies. Thank you RMS for your assistance and support!
RMS properties has not lived up to expectations. The unit was supposed to be painted and cleaned before move in. Nothing was done. The ad states there is laundry. There isn't a washer and dryer. They had to build a shed, the renter has to get her own washer and dryer. The rental agent Matt has been making promises for 30 days saying the rental is cleared out and painted and cleaned. For three summers I traveled and trusted my home to RMS to rent it furnished and safely. They explained the seasonal rules, which was longer than I needed, but I stayed with family until my home was available. Steve and Cheryl made a great team. Tenants understood rules and Steve did a mid lease check to make sure. I had a nice clean home to come back to and Cheryl deposited my rent checks in timely manor and took care of the few problems we did have with tenants in an efficient and timely matter.
