As I sit here as I move into a new property, Steve the realtor, did not do a final walk through. He stated the unit would be professionally cleaned prior to moving in. There is dirt all on the ground, dirty bathtub, no pole in the bedroom closet (Steve said he would have done), a dead roach, AND termites. I have photos if I could post them. Steve took no accountability for making sure this was done prior to move in. He just said "they were going to send someone." This is the WORST RENTAL AGENCY IN SAINT PETERSBURG THEY REALLY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN OR TRAINED BY A COMPANY THAT KNOWS HOW TO FIX THINGS THAT PEOPLE PAY RENT FOR.... IT TOOK A MONTH AND A HALF TO FIX A WINDOW THAT A STORM BROKE NEVER FIXED A GARAGE DOOR THAT I ASKED AND HAD TO USE A VISE SCRIPT TO TAKE A SHOWER HORRIBLE AGENCY
I rarely leave reviews but, for Cheryl at RMS I just have to tell everyone how awesome she is. I've worked with a lot of different people and property management companies over the years. Cheryl and RMS are the only ones ive ever let my own family rent from. The reason is Cheryl, Mike and the Team at RMS, really do care and go above and beyond when needed. Extremely disappointed with Steve Zackeru. We made an appointment less than 24 hours ago, and he cancelled on me last minute. He texted me less than 3 hours before our scheduled tour to “confirm” (we just spoke yesterday, why did he need another confirmation?), while I was in a different appointment. If he had bothered to call, I would have been able to answer and confirm, but he didn’t even bother to call. I texted him back as soon as I could, and then he cancelled on me.
