They don’t update their website with regulations, they mail/email inaccurate information. Don’t update their voicemail, when you call the voicemail says they are unavailable today October 2nd due to a family emergency. It is November 21st. This Hoa is a joke but quick to take the money and slow at fixing issues. Can we please have all HOAs change their management to RMP Services? I am a Mortgage Broker with Rehaven, and I work with HOA management companies every day; RMP is by far the most available, fast, and efficient management company I've ever experienced. My family and I are members of Beacon Court HOA. We have a patio and a wonderful dog who is part of the family. For quite some time our dog got sick and we did not know why. The Vet eventually informed us he is being sickened by berries and/or leaves from a nearby ficus tree. We sought to work this out with the HOA, and we were informed the tree would be removed, but they changed their mind. It has cost us a lot emotionally and financially.
