Poor service, long waiting time!!!. Have several my patients who complained of poor service of this location (Bernson Building) before but never realized till came myself. They need to provide fast in and out service rather than allowing to sit long in waiting area.
FYI the correct address is 1919 S Wheeling, Ste 100 in the Bersen Medical Plaza
Needs to update the address in Google maps. They are no longer there in that building.
Came in on a weekend to get my blood drawn while fasting. My phlebotomist was Debbie and she made me feel very comfortable. I am grateful for the way she treated me. I am afraid of needles and a nurse/phlebotomist from RML in St. John Owasso made me cry and traumatized me last year. Thank you Debbie!!!
