Just left this location for a routine wellness draw, and the phlebotomist that I had was hands down the greatest ever. I should have gotten her name. Light skin black girl, short natural hair, almost looks and sounds like she could be from the Caribbean. I asked her how long she had been sticking people and she said for 12 years. Quick, efficient and confident. It took me longer to write this review than it did for me to walk in, get stuck and walk out. Im sorry some people felt differently, but the lady who helped me today was friendly in my book. As long as they dont have a tone, make me wait, or act like they cant be bothered to help, im happy with the customer service- they aren't grocery store cashiers. She kept her eyes on the computer, her tools, and her documents but its not like she was ignoring me and we had a chuckle while i chat. I'd say that's doing what your job expects you to do. I will never have my blood drawn there again. They do not greet anyone when they walk in the door. No eye contact is made. I ask a question and she talked to me like I was stupid. The customer service is horrible! Not everyone knows exactly what to do when you walk in the door! It is a very awkward environment. Not Friendly at all! Very sad.

First time visiting this location. Asked the young woman helping me for a water. She acted very insulted. I told her I have a history of fainting with blood draws and injections. She told me I could sit in the lobby if I felt bad. Didn't bother to check on me at all. Client Care here is beyond unacceptable. I will be going back to my normal lab corb oklahoma location in Utica park. While I was sitting in the lobby the woman that helped me was on her cell phone cursing.
