The phlebotomist refused to use a butterfly needle as my condition calls for, so I rescinded permission for the blood draw, but she refused to let go and drew blood even after a 2nd time of refusing her service. Management assures me this isn't normal. I'm aware this is malpractice and assault and am still considering options. Last I'm aware, this phlebotomist is still working there
Any place of business who's hours are incorrect from what is stated online gets a bad review from me it's highly inconsiderate and unprofessional
Not the first issue here. Normally it is ok. But if your physician orders extra on top of your standing order be ware. They are NO help solving the issue. I called my doc office twice to have orders fax. Basically at 11:45 was asked to leave. They take lunch at 12. There were 3-4 people there playing on their phones unwilling to help solve the problem.
