Why make an appointment if they aren’t going to honor it? You just wait in line like walk ins and they run at least an hour behind.
Be wary of this location. There is a phlebotomist who is extreme rude and on a power trip. She is a large black woman with braids. Not only is she not very gentle, she basically threatens you and your medical care and then either lies about it or doesn't know what is going and and claims she does. If you get assigned her, do not use her.

It’s like getting healthcare in a third world country. Sick people crammed in every nook and cranny waiting for service offered at a snail’s pace. After waiting about 40 minutes, I asked how much longer it might be (my mom has a portable oxygen machine with limited battery life). The receptionist suggested I go to another RML facility that is “not so busy.” Not a great solution for a COPD patient with limited mobility.
