Update on 4/23/25: Since last time I was here a year ago, they have a new check-in system that’s much faster and better. A machine asks you to scan your insurance card and driver’s license. Before, you had to type on a keyboard to check in. I have been coming here for years and the staff is always professional and prompt. I never have to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Why make an appointment if they aren’t going to honor it? You just wait in line like walk ins and they run at least an hour behind.
Be wary of this location. There is a phlebotomist who is extreme rude and on a power trip. She is a large black woman with braids. Not only is she not very gentle, she basically threatens you and your medical care and then either lies about it or doesn't know what is going and and claims she does. If you get assigned her, do not use her.
