These people are criminals. They managed our HOA and had been charging us for months for "violations" without a single notice. All of the sudden they say we owe them over 10,000 in fees and put our house into foreclosure. We tried to pay it but they wouldn't accept payment, claiming it was already too late. Learned our lesson; never again will we have an HOA.
