Worse management company ever! Stay away from them. They do not fix landlord issues and will lie to your face. They refused to fix a rotten deck even though they raised the rent awhile ago saying they would replace it. Their idea of fixing it was to pressure wash it which made it worse! Let the rotten fence fall down without even making the slightest effort to fix that either. Ignored our maintenance requests to fix the front door lock. Do not rent from RMI they will not perform repairs in the time frame Washington State laws require. Today is day 62 in waiting for the stove to get repaired or replaced! And 3 1/2 months waiting for other repairs to be finished! Nothing but lies and excuses or they do not respond at all to repair requests! If you value your sleep you might want to rent elsewhere! There is a couple that moved in at the beginning of July that are up until 4 or 5 am everday using power tools, impact driver, cordless drill and a hammer. They are... read more
