having several MRI's at Tyler center, the technician is the best but the administration is the worst. reports are not sent even after follow up request. Also had several orders for MRI's and I have to follow up because I don't get scheduled and then have to have order from doctor sent again. The tech doing the MRI's is great but nothing else is. Typical RMC services.
No one sent test results to my doctor
We were referred here for a CT Scan and everyone was so friendly and kind on the 2nd floor. They got us in and out as fast as possible. The nurses in the back were also very nice and helpful.
I called today with an urgent order from Urgent Care to get a CT scan as soon as possible, as I may potentially have pancreatitis. I was referred to RMC Tyler Center for the scan. When I called to schedule, they refused to help because I didn’t have a prior authorization (PA) number. I went back to Urgent Care and contacted my insurance, who gave me a specific number for RMC to call in order to obtain the PA. The first person I spoke with at RMC ignored my request. Went to get a massage today and spoke to the lady at the front who was writing a note that I was there to for my appointment. She looked at my like I wasn't supposed to speak to her.There was a sign on the front desk that they were going to lunchand to sign in. There is no where to sign in for the massage. I called and left a message that I was there. No one came to the front desk to check if anyone had signed in.
