It's hard to check in on the self service, check in machine. I had rather check in the old way, at a desk, with a person. The self check in is too long, and confusing, especially for older people. Other than that, the staff nurses, and techs, are extremely friendly and helpful, when you finally get checked in. I did have an appointment, and didn't have to wait long. The checking in on the machine was longer than my wait, or the test I had.
