Keeping the units in better shape inside, doing an inventory of items before and after each guest checks in, keeping fees low etc. If I could sell my timeshare, I would never recommend RMC.
Do not buy a timeshare from them. They do not maintain the unit you are paying maintenance fees for, they hang up on you when you complain, and have poor property management skills. If we didn't love HHI so much, we would sell our unit.
Horrible customer service. We have been trying to speak to someone for over a month and the telephone number ext 11114 ALWAYS goes to voicemail but the message says not to leave multiple messages. We have never had them call us back once or reply to our emails. Very unprofessional. We still have not received our annual statement and our week is in a month.

They could answer the phone when you call and they could stop overcharging high fees!
Worst customer service ever. I have emailed and left messages for Steve Hamberg and have not heard back. I have been given the run around. Would not recommend them at all!!! Now I am stuck with this timeshare!!!

I can't say enough how much we appreciate the professionalism and courtesy shown us during hurricane Irmas attack on the South east! We were notified of alerts, the state of emergency, and the evacuations as they were made known. At a time when RMC Staff could have been worried about their own homes, lives and families, you showed sincere compassion and concern for owners who might lose their week's vacation!
