i have always liked oxford family practice been going there for over 20 years up until the last couple of years no personal touch now i feel like i'm just a payday for them they have lost the family feel i called ahead on a saturday morning to ask if i could just get a tetanus shot without having to see the doctor for a small cut i got they said sure come on down i had to wait almost an hour when i asked why they said they had to take me in order so the other people wouldn't get mad i didn't need a room or a work up when i f... read more
The new automated phone system is horrible. You can't get a live person at all and they take forever to call you back. Looks like we might be finding a new doctor.
Very nice folks, caring and Dr. Vance Moore is Wonderful, Caring ,Christian Man and Doctor . We now live in Piedmont , Ala and the drive is worth it all .
My mother & I have been Dr. Moore (and associates) since I was 2 years old (1982). I have never been so pleased with treatment or felt so confident with a diagnosis as I have with him. The staff is OUTSTANDING as well!!! <3 <3 <3
