I love the staff at Oxford Family practice. My only hesitation is that there has only been once or twice where we haven’t had to wait close to TWO hours just to see the doctor. My husband and I both have full time jobs and do not have ALL day to wait in their waiting room. I also have trouble having my children’s prescriptions filled. I have spoken to their management about this issue and thought we had the problem solved, but today my kids had an appointment and my husband has been waiting for an hour and a half! Have been a patient of Dr. Moore for 15 years now. I don’t think there is a kinder and more caring doctor in the world today. He is truly a 6 star doctor.
I am so thankful for Oxford Family Practice. Gorden and I have been patients of Dr. Moore for many years, and we have always been extremely pleased with his skill, knowledge, professionalism, and compassion. Also, we have been fortunate in having been treated well by Dr. Hopper and Dr. Emerson when Dr. Moore has been out of the office. Additionally, we appreciate the office staff for the support they give us each time we call or visit the office.
I have always been treated with the utmost care and concern. ALL of the employees I've ever encountered over 30 years there have treated me with courtesy and compassion. I am shocked and dismayed at the reviews posted here as I can't imagine having that type experience at Oxford Family Practice.
