Only thing they need is a pool! My trainer is outstanding! Never a negative word. Great at encouraging me for every session! I give my trainer a 10 out 10!

I was introduced by health Plex by Edison ferry and I met two very nice people and Erica and Saxton took me through a routine introducing me to the equipment and helping me with a small shoulder problem and his through his help. My shoulder is already better in two days and so I am very much looking forward to working out here and getting the help of Saxon and his people here

Great great gym! I’ve been here twice. I come workout here everytime I’m in orangeburg! All the staff are kind, the gym has everything you need, and it’s extremely affordable. Couldn’t recommend working here enough. Ask for Erica she’s amazing and will help with everything
