Amazing family environment I feel like I'm at home exercising every time I come in to workout. Seeing familiar faces of all ages working towards a goal is always inspiring to me. I always receive words of confirmation for the work I put in and I always tell my older work out mates that I prey to be like them one day and it's always a laugh 10 out of 10 recommend!!!
The healthplex opening their gym to the public was a great choice, my sister and I met our instructors and ever since then we’ve been having a pleasant experience. Erica and Saxton do a great job and are overall nice people.
HealthPlex is the best gym. Erica is amazing at what she does. Go and see Erica you will not be disappointed. I wish I could take her home with me.
