Very rude on the phone
worst experience ever & they delete bad reviews!!! my mom had a bad car wreck back in 2016 which left her in a coma and then ended up having a stroke which completely messed up her right arm & right leg on top of multiple other things. she had to quit her job and go on disability. i've been taking care of her since and just now decided to try to get FMLA because she's been in and out of the hospital. she's been going to this doctor for years when it was Dr. Cook over the facility and loved it but now of course "Dr. Carroll" ... read more
You might what to think twice before going to this clinic, especially if Dr. Carroll labels you “Persistent” because you ask questions. Dr. Brooke Carroll was Initially pleasant; however, that flipped when I simply wanted clarity on a decision she had made.
