My daughter having chest pains was made to wait for over 4 hrs to be seen. I'm just glad she didn't die bc of incompetence
This was the WORST experience I've ever been put through. I would have to ask repeatedly for simple things like water, or for my admitted daughter to shower, and it would take HOURS because "they we're going through a shift change" or "security has to do it" or "we're out of *abc*". The place was filthy! There was a leak in the bathroom that was an issue for the entire time we were there.
