!!!SAFETY WARNING - ELEVATOR MALFUNCTIONS POSSIBLE - BEWARE!!! Today (8/11/2025), I just dodged a BULLET! When I was on the way to the Physician Center for allergy shot, my mother and I almost got TRAPPED in the Main Parking Deck Elevator! When I pressed the button for Level "B", the door closed and the elevator WOULD NOT BUDGE! I panicked, and jabbed the Alarm and the emergency phone buttons to see if RMC Security could get us out. My husband was treated terribly once they realized he was a VA patient. He was given very little to help him, and it was like the ER staff washed their hands of him once they decided to transfer him to the VA. Thank GOD the VA treated him with the care and respect he deserved. He sure didn't receive it from RMC.
Absolute trash staff, bad attitudes, terrible help.
The best NP I have ever seen was in ER trauma tonight. Had to take my grandson for a cut finger and this lady was an angel.
I came in in extreme pain yesterday they admitted me for multiple reasons I'm still in a lot of pain but they are discharging me in the morning. Half the equipment at rmc only half works sometimes this hospital has really gone down hill!
