The most ridiculous phone menu ever! Round and round..can't hear
I’ve had to bring my fiancé to this place several times since he had his double hernia surgery in November by Dr.Reece ( which is an incredible lady and she did a great job,) but he has had so many procedures done in that area it has caused nerve damage ( which we were told would most likely happen). My issue isn’t with his surgeon but the time we have spent here. I have never had a good experience at this ER had to go tonight not by choice but because of Worker’s Comp., they didn’t even examine me didn’t even check what was hurting. They didn’t even try to start filing it under Worker’s Comp. and tried to file my private insurance but it was a mess all the way around. Sat 4 hours in waiting room for 1 xray then sent home. Everybody was rude, except for one person. I’m a nurse myself and would never recommend anyone to go here!!
