I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. At a time when my wife and I were looking for support, guidance, and clarification about my egg freezing treatment, what we got instead was a serious lack of communication, unless the message was about money. Dr Maslow and her team are extremely supportive and RMA Basking Ridge is also very well organized with the nurses and doctors taking really good care of you. All my questions were always answered and there was someone available at all times in case of issues. I was a returning patient because I found them really efficient and got good results. If you are looking for personalized fertility care, clear communication, and to be treated like an actual human being, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My experience at RMA Jersey City has made me feel less like a patient and more like another guinea pig or test subject moving through a system. There is nothing personalized about the experience. Really disorganized clinic. Had a very negative experience with their communication and had to move care elsewhere.
Me and my wife decided to consult RMA in April 2025 after having tried for 1 year to conceive. We had the opportunity to get consulted from Dr. Susan L. Treiser who assisted us from Day 1 for different options. After conducting different test, looking at different reports and talking about our budget, Dr suggested us to proceed with Timed Intercourse and IUI .
