🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I am so thankful to RMA Jersey City, Dr. Susan Treiser, and nurse Shelby Kist. They helped me so much and I got my very first pregnancy from the first try of IVF. Dr. Treiser is very kind, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable. Nurse Shelby was always caring, quick to answer my questions, and gave me confidence through the whole process. The whole team is professional, supportive, and makes you feel like you are not alone. I highly recommend RMA to anyone who is looking for hope and care.
I truly enjoyed being a patient at RMA. It reminds me of how the Ford factory runs — everything is streamlined, and once you’re in the system, you feel calm knowing that nothing will be missed and you won’t fall through the cracks. Decided not to go through with a procedure at this facility. Staff is unresponsive, late to calls, unknowlegable about insurance, etc. For something this important, going to a center this sloppy is an obvious red flag.
Excellent Doctor and the Staff. I recommend this facility %.
