This place makes me MAD after the fact. My journey started during Covid, advanced family planning and freezing my eggs. During that time I managed to gain 25 pounds during stims phase which only made me frustrated and stressed each passing day. If i did not have to do the IVF, i wouldn’t. It’s stressful and impossible to reach anyone. I work office hours and then do too. It’s impossible to get in touch with anyone on time. Communication between the clinic, insurance and pharmacy sucks. Not only i have to go tru the whole process of an IVF but i have to sit on the portal or phone to get answers. They are not open on weekends and close at 5pm. If you work in customer service or in the office and do office hours, good luck. They do charge lots of money for the procedu... read more
I initially made an appointment here for monitored cycles and ended up having a natural pregnancy just before my first appointment. They were able to look at my ultrasound early at 5 weeks compared to other OBs where they would take me at 8-9wks. So I was excited to see it early and went in. First they said the location was too high in the corner and said “may not be a viable pregnancy” and told me how dangerous that location can be. The whole fertility process is taking an immense toll on my wife and I and the staff here are not making it any easier. I went in earlier this week for andrology testing and am not sure if this is the right clinic to continue with. The front staff had my wife and I wait awkwardly to check in while they watched one person cut up cookies right in front of us. Fine, whatever - I can live with that.
