I had a positive impression of the facility, and my provider was clearly knowledgeable. However, during my visit, I felt that the focus was more on presenting IVF and IUI options rather than fully understanding my individual concerns and questions. I would have appreciated a more patient-centered approach with greater emphasis on listening and addressing my specific needs before discussing treatment options. I was told to visit a Reproductive Endocrinologist by my Surgeon before getting my myomectomy. I found this place online & got an appointment with Dr. Micheline Chu. Her office staff, Medical Assistant (Shania- 10 stars) are amazing! However I left the consultation feeling mentally very vulnerable & over worried about my myomectomy.
