Dr. Constantini and the nurse are nice, but the other customer service representative are not great. They sound like they are not interested in answering my questions. I feel like there should be a way to make appointments easily. They always told me to make the appointments via the website or the app, but when I call to let them know it's not working, they told me there is no way to fix it since my nurse won't be available for a while. The best clinic! All of the staff truly care about what they do and helping make family dreams come true. My patient care team (Evalina, Vileena, and Dr Constantini) always made me feel comfortable and confident in the process through their open and warm communication. I'll actually miss going to see them!
This is for Dr constanani and nurse Veelena. My husband and I have been trying for years so we made an appointment. I got pregnant naturally. They told first it was a chemical because my levels were so low. Then few weeks later Dr.C wanted me to get a D&C because I only had the “sac” showing. But I was early. Now I am pregnant at 22 weeks with a boy. Really disappointing how a IVF doctor would even recommend a D&C at such an early stage of pregnancy and I would never. Dr Constantini is the best doctor I worked with. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Super friendly. Felt like she was my long time friend. Nurse Selly was the cherry on top. Quick to respond, friendly and patiently answered all my questions. Grateful for this team in Englewood. I’m finally pregnant after 3 years of trying.
My wife and I went through five IVF cycles at your clinic, and unfortunately, the overall experience left us feeling deeply disappointed. While we understand the medical process can be demanding and complex, we found the care model to be more of a factory-style operation, lacking the personal attention and support we had hoped for. Throughout our treatment, we rarely saw or spoke directly with the doctor, which made us feel disconnected and uncertain — especially during such an emotional and financially significant journey.
