25 years old and a 14 year childhood cancer survivor; I came here to do egg freezing as a backup option for down the road. Not sure if I want kids but would like the option. Having a great experience and have been with them over 6 months. Everyone has been very supportive through this journey.
From the start to the end This was a terrible experience . They told me the worst news with a smile on there face. Condescending and rude at best. I'm going to list only a few of the things that happened but the entire experience was BAD The Dr placed blame as to which partner is the "problem" making me feel so horrible and guilt ridden I almost decided not to try again. I find the Patchogue office mainly unorganized. I'm an outside monitoring patient from RMA NJ. Orders are faxed over. I call to make sure orders are received which they confirm that they did receive them. I walk in for my appointment to find that the office is technically closed and I should be going to Stony Brook. I ask why I never received a call and they have no idea. They somehow have no orders and I'm not on the schedule for either location. The NPs I saw at Stony Brook and Patchogue are fantastic.
