The most dis-organized over priced company. That over promised and under-delivered. I was ripped off plain and simple and you will too if you call these crooks!
I've been a customer of RM Schmidt for many years and have had nothing but great service from them! Not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about? I've dealt with Darryl (Residential Service Mgr) since I started using RM Schmidt. Their technician Rick has also been coming to my house for over ten years for maintenance and service. In fact, in the fall our oil furnace stopped heating on a Saturday evening during "a local football team's" game. I use to love this company. It was the first and last place that I would go for all of my HVAC needs. In the past two years the company has gone completely down hill and is horrible to deal with. Most of the employees are rude and every time I find an employee that I like I find that they no longer work there the next time I need help.
