If you responded to your customers as fast as You responded to this well deserved 1 star rating you’d might’ve been okay. Thank you for declining to complete my work order. You misdiagnosed my issue anyway, and what took you days to “fix/ order parts” was fixed in 30 min thanks to Castle Air. You could stand to learn a thing or 2 from them about better customer service.
Robert King came highly recommended from a local realtor. He installed a new American Standard Gas Pack furnace at my house. He was a great communicator and very experienced. Their price was lower than the other bids that I received. He delivered exactly what I needed. Installed within a few days of our first meeting.
Time management is not on their side. Two scheduled appointments and this company showed up for neither of them.
These guys were awesome! Very fast and friendly and even worked around a house full of kids! I’m very pleased with their service.
I would like to start with DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. He was sent to my home by American Home Shield. He came out 3 days later was at my house maybe 15 minutes and I was told that I need to replace an 8 year old heat pump. Bad call for not properly checking it was just in need of a pound of freon. AHS refused to send another company out so I called my own company R & J heating and air and I payed $220.00 out of my pocket. This has been going on for almost 30 days.
