Had our air cut out last night around 5pm. Called and left a VM and was called back promptly. Came out next day and resolved the issue quickly for a reasonable price!
Robert with R&M is truly the best! He is honest, dependable, and reliable. I have a home warranty policy and Robert worked with them to get the parts and the repair fixed for me. The home warranty company delayed the ordering of the parts but Robert called several times pushing them to get him the parts quickly. I appreciated him working so hard to get my AC unit back up and running.
Several years ago I had an issue with one of my units and my warranty company sent an absolute deadbeat out to "fix" the problem. They were incompetent. I called and insisted they send me a new company. I can say after about 7 or 8 years, this was one of the best things to happen to me. If you responded to your customers as fast as You responded to this well deserved 1 star rating you’d might’ve been okay. Thank you for declining to complete my work order. You misdiagnosed my issue anyway, and what took you days to “fix/ order parts” was fixed in 30 min thanks to Castle Air. You could stand to learn a thing or 2 from them about better customer service.
