Terrible customer service! RM Sent the wrong part, ignored online *** request until I sent email saying would file CC dispute. Then emailed RMA#, returned part with tracking#. We do apologize for the bad experience here. Unfortunately delays do happen around the holidays and that was the case in this instance. We were into peak Covid-19 season and the world and shipping was still evolving. The customers package was a couple days late, but they were refunded in full for the shipping paid on the order. Issues like these are few and far between.
