Great price and shipping options. Customer Service response was good on a product likely damaged during shipping.
Had a very condescending call with a Rep named Art, probably short for Arthur/Arturo. I informed him package was marked as delivered And had not received it, placed on 7/23 it is 7/27 time of post, immediately he began to scrutinize me and tell me that I did receive package, and advised me that he will investigate the gps .By all means do what you must , does not change the fact I have not received my items. Part was easy to order online 4 days later part was perfect no issues
My order with RM was precise and everything came in one box at one time. That may not sound like a big deal until you place an order with someone else and you get five different shipments that arriving at five different times.
My order was promptly shipped, arrived in perfect condition and the items were exactly what I ordered. My first order with RM European and I intend to order from them in the future. Great service all the way around.
