I am fairly computer savvy and have had repairs required of both my PC and Laptop over the past two years. RM computer staff is both helpful and competent.. They assisted with a problematic worm, replaced an under capacitied and decaying random acess memory cluster, and problematic switch on separate occasions. DO NOT GO THERE. ONLY WENT THERE TO GET MY COOLING FAN FIXED.THEY MESSED UP THE WHOLE MOTHERBOARD, IT IS FRIED. IT DOES NOT TURN ON AND IT DOES NOT CHARGE, BEFORE I TOOK IT THERE IT TURNED ON AND IT WOULD CHARGE. DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT PAY FOR IT TO GET BROKE.

I live down the street, and they've never given me any cause to go somewhere else for PC repairs. I've had a few laptops break over the years, and they've diagnosed them and done what they could to either fix what's broken or replace the parts. Never had any trouble here.
