Terrible experience with their snow removal. They come late in the eveing the day after it has snowed. Leaving me snowed in all day... knocked my mailbox post out of the ground everytime they came...came to clear my driveway with less then an inch of snow. charged me more then they quoted me for and karen in the office was extremely rude constantly telling me to take my business elsewhere.

They love to hold deposits! Make sure you are there for your final walk through. I could not be. One of the things we got cited for cigarette burns in the carpet! We don’t smoke,never have. I have COPD SO NO ONE EVER SMOKED IN OUR UNIT. We moved because heavy smokers moved on below us and it was adversely affecting my health.
Great people to rent from. Very accommodating and they take great care of all their properties. Highly recommended!
Absolutely wonderful company to rent from. Regular/routine maintenance and when/if something needs repair, they're extremely attentive. For those of us getting up in age and/or who have chronic illnesses that prevent us from shoveling in the winter, no worries - they take care of it. Their employees are always polite and professional too!
We have been renting from Rlw for little over 2 years now and they are amazing people! The crew is awesome! They fix things asap! They work with you and communicate great! I hope to spend many more years with them!
