Ryan did an exceptional job helping me and my Mother find a house. It was a long distance move, Michigan to Florida, things went very smooth and quick. We are very happy in our new home and community.
I met Ryan and Tara at the end of a marathon day looking for a home to purchase to rent out and live in. I arrived to their open house after hours. They were still there working. I am so thankful for the staff at RLL Real Estate Group! I initially was helped by Rachel who was kind and understanding when I had a bad experience elsewhere. She got me to the person I really needed which was Terra. Terra was amazing!! I was in a panic over a situation that was mishandled by another company and Terra stepped right in and made the problem disappear. I am so thankful that I was able to find RLL Real Estate Group!
Ryan provided excellent service beyond the norm. The home was our second residence. He helped with staging so it didn’t look ‘vacant.’ He also produced an incredible walk-through video. Sold in less than two weeks to an all cash full asking price non-contingent buyer. When buyer’s inspection found a roof issue (unknown to me) he negotiated a fair settlement with buyer for that defect. In short, Ryan is not ‘just stick a sign out front and wait’ realtor. He works as a true partner with you
If you’re looking for a home to buy or a place to rent look no further. Tara and Ryan have been nothing but amazing. Im currently renting through them and It was such a smooth process from going through the application process to moving into a place to call home for many years till I can buy a home. From start to finish Everything has been wonderful with them.
