Absolutely horrible. Leased a house that had mold In It amongst other issues. Took them weeks to address it and would not admit it had mold even though I had a contractor look at it and their own co tractor admitted it. Moved out after agreeing to end the lease because of the issues and then they hit me with a cancellation fee of over $2600 even though it was agreed there would be no fees because of the issue. I have a mold report from a lab indicating at least 4 molds present at 1721 saffron place Orlando fl. Good luck deal... read more
