I had the new window installed last year by R&L. Tasha was great with us and patient as I was trying to get HOA approval for several weeks, resolving an issue with PUD rebate complications after installation. (Sorry for the late review Tasha). Replaced 3 window and patio door. A great crew arrived on time, got the window retro fitted in a day. So happy with my window replacements. R&L had the most competitive pricing and worked with my local window shop, who had many brands/types of windows to choose from. R&L were professional, timely, and did an amazing job replacing 28 windows in my house. I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend.

Tasha, the company owner, came to our house at scheduled time and measured our 13 windows for a quote. There was no pressure or aggressive sales tactics. The quote was priced fairly and easy to understand. Randy and crew came on the scheduled day and returned daily until finished. They were respectful of our home and easy to work with. Save yourself time, money, and heartache — Look elsewhere. R & L Windows either did not know, or did not care, to do a professional window installation for our family’s home.
