Beware! Anything that could go wrong, went wrong! It started off well and the first person that came created a barrier for dust, took his time with his work and was accurate. Unfortunately he couldn’t finish the job due to some electrical wires being in the way. A different crew came to finish the job and that’s when everything went sideways. I had the new window installed last year by R&L. Tasha was great with us and patient as I was trying to get HOA approval for several weeks, resolving an issue with PUD rebate complications after installation. (Sorry for the late review Tasha). Replaced 3 window and patio door. A great crew arrived on time, got the window retro fitted in a day. Room for improvement: after a few weeks later, I noticed the caulking wasn't fully sealing the window and had gaps, which I went ahead and sealed it myself. No big deal. Didn't bother ... read more
So happy with my window replacements. R&L had the most competitive pricing and worked with my local window shop, who had many brands/types of windows to choose from. R&L were professional, timely, and did an amazing job replacing 28 windows in my house. I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend.
