Had 2 windows replaced, both foggy and failed. One of the windows opened high up on a stairway, could never be opened due to its location. It was replaced by a picture window that looks amazing now, I love it. The gentlemen that installed them did a great job, though one of the windows was high up and challenging. They cleaned up well, were kind and professional. And showed up when they said they would, which is huge. Wow! We feel so lucky to have selected R&L Windows for our project! From the start Tasha was awesome! Straight forward and no nonsense. We needed a huge 6 window replacement in our dining room. They knocked it out of the park! The installation crew was virtuoso with their craftsmanship and knowledge! We are stunned every time we walk by the new windows! R&L Windows did a fabulous job on the windows they installed for me. I had them install retrofit windows and they did excellent and meticulous work. They went the extra mile to give me great service. Site inspection rep did not bring materials to review or discuss... Showed up, took measurements, said they would send me a website, and left. I used the website, messaged the agent, and 4 days later I got a response that I needed to 'code' all of the options else she would not be able to provide quote. Worked with 3 other door companies simultaneously. All were very communicative, provided materials to review, discussed options. I had 3 glass panels that were broken by careless landscapers and I had been working with insurance adjusters and glass replacement specialists for over 2 months to resolve the issue without any assistance from the landscaping company. I was getting extremely frustrated but Tasha and her team were very responsive and fair in their approach to my situation.
