I forgot I had attempted to hire R.L. Sykes before with the same result. I called the office phone on Wednesday and was told to text a cell phone with details of the job and location. It is now Monday evening the following week and I have heard absolutely nothing.
Mr. Sykes did a fantastic job plumbing my new kitchen. His attention to detail and flexibility around my schedule was exemplary. He has a great wealth of knowledge and helped me acheive my goals with my renovation. I have no doubt that his work will last for years to come.
I put in a claim with my home warranty and they sent R.L.Sykes out he came looked at my water heater and then he left said he had to get some info and then never came back didn't call or anything and then he emailed me a bill in my wife's name for coming to look at my water heater like no work was done just looked at it
We found Mr. Sykes ot be reasonable, nice, and he did a thorough / excellent job. We highly recommend him for ac, heating and plumbing work.
Richard Sykes has always done fantastic work for me. He will even come over and get my pilot light lit in the winter if necessary. Extreme attention to detail and you will be happy with the finished product. I highly recommend them for installation or maintenance.
