Rich and his team did an excellent job on my roof. Being an out of state landlord I have to rely on trustworthy contractors, RL roofing delivered. They got the job done perfectly and even replaced a few shingles on another building which was not part of the job at no additional charge ! Will be using them in the future to replace the roofs on the rest of my properties.
The gentleman who came to estimate whether RL Roofing could help us was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and did a thorough assessment of our problem. While RL cannot help us, he was able to steer us to a type of repair person that would meet our needs. A really nice, helpful guy!
I would give zero stars, but the people who actually did the work on my roof were hard workers. After my roof was completed I had the same problem I did before they worked on it. After drawing their attention to it, I was told it would be corrected. Four months later, after speaking ON THE PHONE (also difficult to do) to Rich Leslie, I was finally assured that it would be taken care of and I would be sent pictures.
