I bought a car and I had a great customer service experience. The car is good because I drove it all the way to New Jersey with no issues.
Their “mechanic” is a joke. The car was bought in which I had to buy a purge valve for within the first few days. To turn around and I had a misfire on cylinder 3. Here we are a few months later and now there’s a misfire on 2 different cylinders. Come to find out those spark plugs he “fixed” when he got the car from the auction are the WRONG size and they were cross threaded when being forced in. The spark plug wasn’t even all the way in. It’s going to cost me more than the car is worth to fix it. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very... read more
