Customer service is outstanding with this company. They have serviced my lawn and garden irrigation system for years and never disappoint. I recently did a complete redo of my landscaping and they were so helpful in redesigning and installing the new system.
Excellent service plus friendly and knowledgeable
RKM went above and beyond in service. We recently moved into a house that required winterization servicing for the irrigation system. We found out that the scheduling opportunity was coming to a close in one day. They got us on their schedule and completed the work the next day. Everyone we dealt with was polite and professional. I look forward to using them in the future.
RKM Irrigation was professional, courteous and easy to work with. From the initial quote to customer service after the installation, they were responsive and genuinely interested in making sure I was satisfied. If you are considering a sprinkler system, I would highly recommend RKM.
