RKM has been excellent about communicating. Twice they have provided us with a highly competitive quotes to install a sprinkler system for our property. Unfortunately, both times unforseen large household expenditures derailed our plans. So, although I cannot speak to the actual installation, the people have been very kind and communicative.
This is the second house I’ve worked with RKM. They are a great company with great customer service. Strongly recommend them to anyone needing an irrigation system.
I’d highly recommend Joel and RKM Irrigation! They installed our system and helped us with repairs after a patio and gas fireplace install. Joel even stopped by when in the neighborhood to check why I had brown spots in my grass and readjusted my heads as needed. Above and Beyond service!
Poor customer service and technicians lack expertise to diagnose the problem. RKM came out to our property in spring to turn on our system. They rebuilt two valves to fix a zone control issue during the initial service. Then, the first time I went to use the system, the zones weren't working properly again.
