They have gone above and beyond trying to help me get an infected tooth pulled. The Dr. has put me on 2 rounds of different antibiotics trying to clear up a bad infection before pulling the tooth because I can feel pain even though he has numbed the tooth completely. He and the staff have kept me informed of what they were doing and why. They have tried to get me on the schedule in a timely manner. hire dentists who are not sadists and treat Medicaid patients like humans ...you should not leave a dentist free bleeding no gauze ...no scripts ...wish I could add a pic
While I recommend them because I believe they have good medical care, I brought my DIL here to see the NP for meds. We checked in at 9:50AM. She was taken into the back at 11:30AM. Currently it is 1:20PM and she is still in the back. People have come and gone and she is sitting in a room being ignored. So.... Bring lots of patience and snacks.
Ms. Bryant prescribed me Omeprazole 40mg twice daily. I cannot get this prescription filled because she refuses to fill out the prior authorization form that my insurance company requires. Ms. Bryant will not return my phone calls and has generally behaved in an unprofessional manner. Also, when I saw Ms. Bryant she referred me for an ortho consult, but never sent my paperwork to the ortho doctor. Six months later, I still haven't been seen by the ortho doc.
